So now I'm going to do my own balancing. How Does? From now on I will sell when it goes up and buy when it goes down. I'm getting ready for the hit-and-run tactic. Best of luck.

Fluactiv occurs because the movements that occur in cryptocurrency trading are very fast. and in addition to the very fast market movements, fluctuations occur due to supply and demand factors. if demand is higher, then the price of a coin will increase
Two things can lift the price of a coin higher, firstly because there is a lot of demand with not too much supply, and secondly because the coin is becoming increasingly scarce so that only certain people can afford it and that will also make a coin very expensive.
However, this does not actually fall into the fluctuating category.
Whatever lifted the price of the coin yet everything still relies on what will bitcoin movement is so in the end it is still the Bitcoin will decide and declare what is the market can take.
I hate to say this but altcoin will never climb high without the increase of Bitcoin.
So now I'm going to do my own balancing. How Does? From now on I will sell when it goes up and buy when it goes down. I'm getting ready for the hit-and-run tactic. Best of luck.
Right now the market is in a downturn and there is no sign of improvement yet, so what coins would you target to buy ? because now almost all the coins are at a very cheap price and it can be good if you can afford to buy some of the potential ones in the market.
That's it mate look how it moves now https://coinmarketcap.com/ seems that today and yesterday everything is in RED .

Now I think that there is no problem with the cycle of cryptocurrencies. I attribute the fluctuations experienced to the Global crises.

Why do you link the cryptocurrency cycle to the global crisis ? because I see little effect of the global crisis on market cycles although the current correction is often associated with the global crisis by some in the crypto space

I would have to agree with this one. Bitcoin is definitely the thing that decides which coin will go up and which coin will go down. I mean it has been like that for a long time. If bitcoin price goes up then the whole market could go up, sure there will be few exceptions but that is what usually happens.

If there are some type of market situations where bitcoin goes down, then there will be only a few that could go up, while everything will go down. That shows you how difficult it is for bitcoin to not be the market decider. That goes up, everything goes up, that goes down and all go down. You just have to accept it and move on with it, and make your investments based on that.

In order to solve the balance problem in cryptos, it is necessary to achieve economic prosperity worldwide in the near future. Rather than the balance problem, the volatile and inconsistent investments of investors turn everything upside down.

That is the basic idea most of us gave you, like the normal word i kept saying for newbie asking advise and that is

"Invest what you can afford to lose"

and

"Buy Low Sell High"

if you can adopt those basics then there may be a light coming to your investing here.

Dude, if you add in "do not make any decisions based on your current feelings" to that list, you could create an amazing investor. I know it sounds like a joke, but just 3 very simple sentences could turn one person from a newbie to great investor. All you gotta do is save some money aside, put that into crypto, buy it when it crashes, sell it when it is too hyped, and never ever make any trades based on what you are feeling.

If someone can do these? They would turn just few bucks into millions in a decade or two. I know that is a long time to wait, but it is also a lot of money to be made as well. So, just follow these three and you would be awesome.
