Things I need to consider or to keep in mind to be able to become promoted

Many new members or aspiring coin holders are asking how many hours do they need to spend to be able to learn and familiarize this kind of business/job.
Here are few things to consider if I wanted to get promoted:

- Hours spent per day to become promoted
- List/guidelines for posting
- Proper response in a certain topic
- Words/terminologies to use in a simplified forms to make it understandable for readers esp. to "newbies"
- Each topic must contain a and obtain knowledgable wordings where people can learn and understand every detail listed
