I support this application because I believe our local thread, Pakistan, does require an active merit source such as ThemePen and it will increase the merit circulation in the board so that the posts that are worth it should receive enough merits and appreciation and shouldn't go wasted due to a lack of availability of merits in the board.

That a post doesn't receive merits doesn't mean that such post has been wasted, that's a wrong perception. The purpose of a post is to help and provide solutions to others who might be in need of it. And I'm sure those posts are already helping the people who came across it. So let the people of Pakistan not think that their quality posts are being wasted because they are not merited for now as they lack merit sources in their community. While we wait for Theymos to approve merit source application of ThemePen, Pakistan local board should keep making their quality posts in their community as I am sure it's helping their people who are in need of such quality posts. To me that's all that matters!!

I am against this account being made a merit source. It made too many transfers from and to the gmjutt6/NoorulHuda address, which is still active on the BSC side of things, despite both accounts being banned for years now. In addition that that, there's a strong chance they also control the Rustam Meraj account:

Also, I do not trust accounts like HONDACD125 and Alone055 -- both are vouching for this account to be made a merit source and that's probably a bad sign.

Today was the Eid ul Adha First Day in my country. And theymos just gave me an Eid gift to me. Now I am merit source.

Congratulations bro, we really need one in our local community, I don't know how much you will be provided (like in terms of Merits) but we definitely needed an active merit source in our local community I can mention dozens of reasons why we need one.

I am really excited and I believe in you because you are also the moderator of our local community in ALTT and you are doing great there too, its been 1 year now. Thanks to Theymos especially and it is really a great Eid Gift. I did not actually know you applied for merit source, it's just I saw the post in local community by zainmalik75 thanks to him for sharing.

You posted application on April 29, 2024 and after one year of wait you got what you asked for. Congrats on becoming a merit source. There are not many members who hold this privilege, so it's a kind of honour to be merit source. In Pakistan local board, shahzadafzal is already a merit source and you are now the second one to join that club. You have two things to enjoy, Eid and becoming the merit source.
