Blue/green/switch blockchain node mining

I came across this website https://switchrewardcard.com/ wich sell node licence (25€) to run and earn reward but i couln't find info about the Project or the coin.

I also find an identical website https://share.green/green-app/ same could not find any information about it

also identical https://blueunitedhealth.com/the-blue-node/



Do you know if it's legit ?

There are a lot of similar and well-known services for America and Europe, and even many large cryptocurrency exchanges have begun offering debit cards to their clients.
There are similar services in my country, but they offer lower rates for exchanging cryptocurrencies.

i'm in france but the strange thing is not the card , they sell licence to run the node and i was looking if it was legit or not.

Also the the green and blue website are identical to the https://switchrewardcard.com but don't seem to offer any service.

I looked at the site and did not find anything suspicious there
If you are talking about this license for 25 euros

Then this is a separate blockchain, and you better talk to tech support on this issue.

If I needed a cryptocurrency card, then I would find better known projects.
