Fix unresponsive Firefox

Even I have firefox and updates it all the time but still I don't feel it is so smooth like Chrome or Opera, so I just go with Google even though I know they aree tracking our data but it doesn't real bother me too much because I am using it for surfing normal websites even bitcointalk too and when I needed privacy just go with Tor.

I switched from Chrome for multiple reasons, it was not only the surveillance.
Still, it's not uninstalled, since I do need it now and then, exactly because some people just don't care to make their websites work for anything else than Chromium.

Internet Explorer? Anyone really using it in 2023? because even on my good spec device it takes atleast a minute to open up the homepage.

As I said, many years ago. Back then I've been working also web pages and back then IE was still important.
And, well, you'd be surprised, but there are still old pages "optimized for IE" that may not even work well with Chrome of FFox, and also IE is used internally by various software without telling you it's IE. That's actually why Win10 still has it (although, I know, it shows Edge to our face, and that's Chromium-based).

All browser send string called "User Agent" which usually contain browser type, browser version and OS. So it's possible to make such stats if such data is collected and processed.

If this data is collected, it is only stored for a couple of weeks:

True, but usually only bot which use modified User Agent. Almost no human bother change "User Agent" of their browser, so if theymos collect such data (Even only for 2 weeks), the stats should be fairly accurate.

Bots modify their user-agent headers to evade detection of being a bot. Someone who wants to maximize their privacy and/or try to minimize their browser fingerprint can change their user agent data.

I bet it's website owned by small company or local government.

Local government is a safe bet. But large company old internal web-based software, no too often used, no longer maintained, maybe too expensive to update, can be quite a good bet too. And individuals' more or less abandoned public pages are also there.

Sometume ago last year, I think around December I faced similar complications accessing the forum. It only lasted for a short while, let's say about 5-10 minutes after several refreshing and I had to power down and up again to get things going. Perhaps it were some update of some sort or something else. Anyway, this is was the report I got and it seemed to be server related.

Does this account for something or any of you guys did experience something similar within the same time frame or period.

If you don't need Google sync feature, consider Chromium or Ungoogled Chromium instead. Even Brave is less worse than Google Chrome (i wouldn't recommend Brave though).

Brave was good when it comes to privacy but now everything changed so I really gave up using it and I am not really using Chrome and chromium because I don't want my personal data to be tracked by Google all the time so I am just using a throwaway email for signing in just for the purpose of YouTube.

But I have another workstation which obviously needs Chrome because I need to signin my YouTube creator account which is not really an active but its kind of hobby to me like vlogging and DIY and also for editing purposes where also I don't keep any of my personal detail there.

To be honest it's really became a hard task to avoid unnecessary tracking from Illuminati community.

This error has nothing to do (in most cases) with the browser, it is because the problem is in the BTT server, and I think everyone experiences this problem from time to time - I had one a few days ago. You don't need to worry too much if such things don't happen to you constantly.

You can tell it was my first time and to some extent, I was scared and offset. Scared in the sense that, I felt the forum was under attack, lol... though my annoyance remained with the fact that, I wasn't able to access the forum at that point and somehow, it was all I wanted to keep my cool!

Anyway, what could possibly account for this break-off with the forum server. Is it some kind of update or something. I'm not worried now though but, it was surprising as at then you know.
