What happened:: I see his thread a couple of days ago and there has an auto-buy shop. I visit his shop and there has Skylum Luminar AI  product. I'm interested in that. I have a problem is it a crack or license key. I ask about that using shoppy queries. He says "Hi, no cracked version, absolutely not. We bought the license and we have activated it as an enterprise. So, you will get the software with a lifetime license All genuine". So I pay 25,00 € using PayPal. after a couple of hours, he send me a WeTranser link and license key. I download the file from his link. There extension .msi not .exe. After installing enter the license key and it works. But the problem is that software modified like cracked software. Cant connect Lumninar severs. There are blocked. No update or anything. I explain that to the seller. He says it's working. he sells there. The fact is it's cracked. I'm paying for the License key, not like the cracked file. If I want cracked files I can download them via torrent. I ask about a refund and he does not agree with that. I add negative feedback to his shoppy. Pls ban that scammer or need my money back

because scams are not moderated. the best thing that can be done is to give the scammer in question a negative tag but in order for that person to get a negative tag, the accuser needs to provide evidence sufficient enough so members/DT members can leave a proper negative tag on that user. if you have a scam accusation against sayrus54 I suggest you post it. and please include your evidence when creating it and use the same format OP used.

Can you provide more proof to show that you were scammed so that the profile gets tagged?

We need proof of payment, chat logs, and screenshots. The thread can not be removed because there is no scam moderation here.

Well, First of all, Scams are not moderated here which is already acroman08 said above. So, I don't think moderators would ban him. I am a bit curious about it. Why do you really want to buy from him for 25,00 €? While you can buy it from their official website and it's cost about $47 Right now. Which is not a big difference. It's up to you. But, I would like to tell you something. So, The Problem is, He promised that the product is genuine but you figured out that the product is cracked. Well, I don't think You will get the Genuine product for 25. Whenever you will that someone say you he can give you genuine product in 50% price, that's a lie bro. So, I guess the product he sold was worth 25.

I have had positive experiences with this member on several occasions, but I did not buy the software, it was a streaming account and testing the IPTV service. I do not go into what was agreed and delivered, but if a license is promised (product key), and then a link is provided to download the cracked version, this is not only wrong, but cracked versions are always a danger to OS.

I would advise @sayrus54 to return the money to the customer, because the reputation is worth much more than $25 - the customer obviously has problems with the software he bought, this is quite evident from what he showed.
