MARKETING MANAGER (Remote)
Job description:
As a marketing manager, you will support all areas of the marketing department.
Your core areas include:
- Launching of marketing campaigns
- Marketing analysis of consumer segments, competitors, swot analyses
- Marketing of existing services & meet KPI’s
- Determine positioning, competitive analysis, feature prioritization
- Content creation
- Customer relations
- Create new ways to market our services
- Work to tight deadlines with clear KPI’s
- Your role is fully autonomous and it is crucial that you are able to seek opportunities, build teams and devise campaigns
from the ground up.
Your work includes working with teams across Marblecake’s business development department, developers, legal advisers,
web designers and more.
Previous experience in digital marketing including marketing database management, content creation, email marketing, social media,
display advertising and events promotion is highly favored.
Requirements:

- Previous experience in crypto, financial, pharma/medical, esports or gambling industries
- Leadership capabilities & experience in building and managing teams
- Excellent understanding of multichannel marketing
- Experience in planning and developing digital marketing campaigns from the ground up

Requirements:

Job description:
- Develop and manage communication strategies with focus on positioning statements & reputation management
- Engage & build relationships with crypto communities, policymakers, influencers
- Write press briefing documents, press packs
- Pitch stories to earn coverage across trade, business and national media
- Develop crisis communication plans & scenario planning for potential issues
- Serve as a primary contact point for flagging & managing issues & opportunities
- Manage media inquiries & interview requests
- Lead stakeholder & internal communications for rapid response issues
- Monitor, analyze & communicate PR results
- Negotiate deals, arrange agreements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a senior director (public affairs agency, public relations team)
- Experience in corporate communications with a background in financial and/or cryptocurrency industries
- Proven ability to build relationships with top tier media outlets
- Leadership ability
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
