usa pushed for seperations of regions like kurdistan from iraq, for decades if it supported their agenda,

u can't just have a regime in ukraine that treats parts of its population as slaves. ukraine never was run like switzerland it was run like a colonial american state benefiting the bank founders while wiping out the ancient peoples. the bank's founders thought in the meantime that their wealth and power was god given so they never felt bad about the human rights issues in donbass.

imagine switzerland that speaks german italian and french would get couped by german nationalists that then would run a discriminatory regime in switzerland that would slowly wipe out the french and italian speaking swiss.

would that be not considered a human rights violation?

We don’t have such a regime. Nobody is treating any part of population as slaves. Have you ever lived in Ukraine or all information you have came from TV and “independent” Russian sources? Ukraine tries really hard to be an independent country, in which the word “freedom” means something. Freedom to speak, to move, to live and to choose. At the meantime our neighbour does everything to steal this right from us and make Ukraine a part of this horrible Russian empire. We shout out loud that we don’t want to be involved in this. Can they finally hear us? How many lives does it need to take for them to finally understand what we are saying?

why force them to speak ukranian,

Noboвy forces them to speak Ukrainian in their daily life and interpersonal communication. Ukraine is a multilingual country, and no one is obliged to speak exclusively Ukrainian in absolutely all spheres of life. But there is such a thing as the official state language. And in Ukraine it is the Ukrainian language. A lot of people have lived in my country for decades and make no effort to learn its language. If you want to move to Germany, do you understand that you will need to learn German? How is the situation with Ukraine different?

why did the people of donbass had to be schelled if ukranians government didn't wanted to inves into its russian eastern parts why not let them break away,

Should all regions where people refuse to learn the state language be separated and create so-called "independent republics", which have no legitimate status and which another country uses to start a further full-scale war?

Are you familiar with the history of the Soviet Union?

BTW, if Ukrainian officials went to Donbas, caught Russian speakers, and sewed their lips surgically, I would consider this a human rights violation.  Ukrainian citizens can speak whatever language they want.

Not only Africans but Indians are also having some trouble leaving Ukraine, prompted PM Modi to give a call to Putin in order to navigate how Russian troops will handle the Indians that are trying to get back home. India also happened to abstain from voting to condemn Russia's invasion, certainly not a coincidence.

Anyways, this is Putin's fault for causing the crisis in the first place. I wouldn't think there is racial animus involved here, just a chaotic scene with priority given to Ukrainians first.

This is probably only surprising for Americans and maybe Western Europeans. Of course they are going to evacuate their own citizens first and then those that are just travelling closer (like the Polish for example). I suppose the Poles were also given priority so they can help prepare their country, which could be next on the chopping block if this war escalate further.

Last I heard in the news, they've already banned male Ukrainians from fleeing the country and are arming them so those other nationalities are probably gonna be able get out now.

Could have used a better system sooner though, like reserve a certain portion of seats (or maybe one coach) for the non-Europeans.

I think you should call your embassy and ask them to provide help. Bear in mind that EU is officially aiding Ukrainian refugees as they are in the most need, but if you are classified under other categories (e.g. students, other workers,...) it should be your diplomatic services providing engagement and means with the local authorities. You may actually do not have a legal right to cross to Poland without some short of process.

This is not a justification for discrimination as such. Everyone has to be treated humanly and not left to die simply on a compassion basis.

We don't know the details in the video shown but maybe that's what happened? I'm watching our own local news and they said they are repatriating our workers out of Ukraine so I'm assuming there are arrangements on where the people would be picked up. If their contract is for Ukraine only then they really can't just cross into Poland since UKR is not an EU member and so not part of the Schengen Agreement.

Maybe that train was really for Ukrainians only and it hasn't been made clear to those Africans and they tried to board it? If they managed to get into Poland they'd also probably have problems there.
