I will recommend you to go deal directly with exchange without being scammed from users over here, and if I may ask why don't you present the country currency you wishes to deal with maybe you could get attention so easily., ie, if you are only transacting directly to USD account or EUR account holders will get more attention.
Or better still p2p service can be easily more recommendable, go to your local thread and source for those who is from same country with to deal with.
