This is our first bitcoin forum blog post, and we would like to welcome our community and explain in simple words the Intraverse.
Intraverse Crypto Game Play-to-Earn
How did everything begin?It was September 2021, summer was over and so were our holidays. At that exact moment, we were wondering how it would be if we could have more time to spend in our favorite places. Here a lightbulb turned above our heads and we thought how cool would it be to create a metaverse, shaped by creativity, entirely owned by people, where everyone could realize their own world, exactly that one in their minds where they feel free to express themselves.
The research of a proper name wasn’t easy since we wanted to make everyone feel the power of the concept, but after long meditation, we got lighted up by the name “intraverse” which fully reflected our vision and held a strong Brand Identity, well represented by the parallelism between the cosmic outer space and the mental inner space. Indeed Intraverse can become infinite verses based on who’s playing, each player can land on the verse that better shapes their favorite internal or external world.
What is Intraverse?Intraverse literally means a place that exists only in your mind, where past, present, and future co-exist. An exploration of digital universes created by community, creators & brands where anyone can own, build and monetize their gaming experience using INTRA utility token.
To become fully community-owned, 51% of the tokens will belong directly to the players through a proof-of-gaming consensus mechanism.
In this way, the major token holders are players rather than investors and VCs (Venture Capitals), so the community becomes the game’s main asset and gets the most of the revenue, deciding the game roadmap.
The mission is to empower the players and let them entertain and earn simultaneously.
How does Intraverse work?Intraverse will be a Play-to-Earn 3D game, planned to be realized before any token or NFTs creation (exactly the opposite of what other play-to-earn games did till today). We took this decision aiming to prove our commitment to the community first, showing a playable metaverse even before raising funds.
So there won’t be any ICO or any NFT sale to finance the Project.
We will rather make an IGO (Initial Game Offering) because the token will be minted by the users playing the game.
So earning the token won’t be based on how much money you invest in the project but it will be based on the gamer’s individual skills and the number of hours they play the game.
Anyone with the will of playing will be able to earn the Intra Token, no matter which type of device or the initial tokens will be distributed among the early believers and adopters through playing the game.
What is Initial Gaming Offering?As mentioned above, the initial tokens will be given to the first players who decide to play the game.
Indeed we called this distribution model “Initial Game Offering” as it is the first time in the crypto industry that the Project is distributing the tokens in this way.
We deeply believe this is the fairest way of token distribution in a Play-to-Earn game.
There will be 3 Initial Game Offering (IGO) rounds where we will distribute an amount of 5% of the total supply, so we are talking about 5,000,000 INTRA.
The first IGO is open to registration and the game will be live to the community at the beginning of March, users will be able to play through PC and mobile devices.
