Go with the signature campaign it is the most effective method of promoting a service in the crypto community whereas you can also promote it with the help of social media influencers but we can't say how much effective it will be.

Hiring influencers on Youtube and posting articles on big media outlets like Cointelegram and Yahoo will get you a lot of offers to your target audience, we all know the power of media influencers if you can get one big influencer like Elon Musk to promote your project it will receive attention and possibly investors and supporters $100k may not be enough for 10 influencers but you can strike a deal for a part of a profit your project will generate.

But, I'm worried about airdrops because usually the community that joins through the airdrop is one person in many accounts,

It seems that airdrops may only work to increase membership in a group or social media followers.
I think they should also have a special event that at least the event is in their own community so that their community can really live.
An example like an AMA is probably a good thing, I believe you are better off creating an event
like an AMA by working with the exchange community to build a community because they are real people for your project community.

Offer a huge airdrops for early people that are funding projects using Raiser app. More you fund, more you get tokens. Or find another layer 2 project build on same platform (eth, bcs) with passioned and active community and form a "partnership" and reward their token holders with your tokens. or maybe, they have 100k worth of tokens for their marketing but we all know that most of these tokens are not really valuable in the market. maybe you are right, just a bait saying they have that amount. but i don't think they have that in USDT or in BTC, high likely, it is in the form of tokens, which we know we can't determine its value yet.
but if they do have that 100k, why not use that for sig campaign or socmed campaigns? as much as possible, don't deploy bots or of that sort. use quality accounts to accept from this marketing programs.

It will all depend on how good is your project marketing can only present this to potential the best way to market your project it should be targeted so my advice is through article marketing from reputable sites like Cointelegram, I have invested in
 some projects were covered on Cointelgram and they proved to be a good project, they will cover it if your project is really that good another one is Youtube marketing from influencers because many investors are subscribed to these channels that they can make an impact.

For this, you can deal with influencers, especially those who do not receive much money on twitter.
