No. Only count bets made during the campaign period.

Is there a leaderboard?
There is no leaderboard since this is the first time we are running a leaderboard promo exclusive for BitcoinTalk users. If there is a good level of participation on this promo we may have similar ones in the future with a public leaderboard.
