I  am afraid that you are only risking your 100 dollar in litecoin as Paypal transaction is reversible meaning that it can be taken back by the one who traded for you not unless he will go first and spent the amount once sent (though i am afraid that since you are newbie there will be someone interested in doing first)
so best mate to try not to trade in paypal instead convert your litecoin directly in exchange .
