Too much overclocking can cause invalid errors in miner, what mining software are you using and what is your power consumption on each graphic cards? I also want to know what temp you are getting on the cards because high temp can also be the problem here.

Show your video card overclocking.
I had problems with rx580 8gb due to memory overclocking. For my colleagues, the video card worked with a memory frequency of 2100 megahertz, and for me some video cards did not work with a memory frequency of more than 2000 megahertz. Try mining without overclocking first.

True, just because everyone has the same graphic card doesn't mean the same overclock settings will work for every one even if the brands and memory type are the same e.g Gigabyte with Samsung memory or other, OP needs to return OC settings back to default first.

Even if you buy two identical video cards from the same batch, this does not mean that they will work with the same overclocking. There are always exceptions. There are a lot of videos on YouTube about overclocking rx580 8gb, even beginners should not have problems with setting up.
