What blockchain offers token creation and no transaction fees?

I see that HIVE offers this, and EOS.

Mainly want one with an established decentralized exchange that I can add my token to without too much trouble. A listing fee is fine.

Tutorials would be good as well.

In general you can generate cheaply on the bsc network. There are intermediary sites, it is very simple to create on them. The price varies according to the amount of supply you will produce on these sites. It is also very cheap to create crypto money on the waves network. However, tokens produced on waves are not in demand. My suggestion is to produce on the bsc network if you want to make money.

You can try so hard with it and then no one use your platform.  Only stupid guy that was not even thinking about the hype from the blockchain. HIVE and EOS already popular as a dead blockchains and dapps developers are not even using it. I rarely say tokens get a lot of attention when it build on those garbage blockchains.

I believe that EOS is rebranding btw. I wanted to add that the Internet Computer $ICP doesn't have fees, dapp creators pay the gas, just like EOS.

No transaction fee doesn't make a project better if not EOS would have been the best today, see Ethereum on the other part, as big as ETH has fee today millions of people are still using this project, billions of transactions are still happening on Ethereum network so it's more about how good the project is not free services that they render.
