Creating a second account after ban without being caught.

I have seen some interesting responses to the thread. Sorry that I'm out of merits atm, otherwise I would have given some to replies here.

Poker Player, you've been around long enough to know this crap just never stops.  Some people are idiots more so than others, and yes it's extremely easy to just make a new account after getting banned and continue participating in bounty hunting.  Hilariousandco was pretty much suggesting that a couple of years back, which I took issue with, because it galled me to hear a moderator say anything of the sort.  He was fed up with the ban appeal threads I would imagine, and I don't blame him...

Me neither. I don't care how many accounts they create, what bothers me are those threads complaining when they have repeatedly broken the rules and on top of that they have been dumb enough to get caught. And I'm not even a moderator here, so I can understand how annoyed the moderators can be about this topic.

The Pharmacist is right. All these accounts come back without drawing any conclusions. The most annoying thing is that the Cosmic Beyonders blamed everyone but themselves. And yesterday, when submitting a new registration for participation in the bounty, he made an adjustment for his negative tag.

It is not surprising that such people call the forum a territory of strict control at a time when they themselves do not bother to simply think about their mistakes.

Using a unique forum profile can be a very difficult task for some.

Yes, they do not draw conclusions. I have seen a good number of ban appeals where the op does not know the reason(s) they were banned. Most times they blame it to plagiarism while it could be ban evasion or so.
This makes them culpable of any aligations against.
When they return, they'll continue the cycle that got them banned eventually gets banned again.

Impatient has made many fall victim of ban. Like the urge to rank up overnight puts them in a position they post shits even when they don't have something reasonable and of quality to make thread of. Forgetting is not compulsory you post on a daily especially when you seem to be blank on something interesting.

Others "newbie's",(I mean in the real sense of an actual newbie to the forum),do feel so free not to go through the forum rules and regulations which stands as a guide to all users in their dos and don't. And at the end of the day they don't even have the slightest knowlege as to when they are about to go against specific rules of the forum not until they fall victim and end up facing either temporary or permanent ban.
