Well, Depends on What OS you are using? If you are using HiveOs, I recommend you use HiveOn Pool with 0% Mining fees. 2Miners and Ethermine is also very popular mining pool for ETH. Both of them charge 1% of Mining fees.

Use this site to find the right pool for most coins. I would also recommend 2Miners and Ethermine because they don't require registration and I had no problems with these pools. Pools pay consistently.
