after more than 7 hours after withdraw, it is still in pending status.

I've never heard of bitcoinpenguins, so I'm not defending them or supporting your accusation at this point.  But, 7 hours isn't anything to worry about.  Many casinos hold onto withdrawal requests for some time so they can combine the payouts.  It saves them a few sats on transaction fees, and if it's a smaller casino with only a few clients they may combine withdrawal requests for single payout every 24 hours.  The big cyrpto casinos do the same thing.  I will say that I don't recall ever waiting 7 hours for a payout from Sportsbet (for example,) but I can't say with certainty that they have never taken that long.  I usually request the withdrawal and go about my business, I don't sit around impatiently waiting for the coins to show up.

I recommend you remain patient and if the coins aren't sent to your wallet after 24 hours, then it may be time to worry.

Have you talked to the support before coming up with this scam accusation?

Some casinos even take 24-48hours for the withdrawals to be processed

Also, last year you claimed you had deleted an account with them, what made you make a U-turn?

I just finishes to delete my account from bitcoinpenguin.com, they pay if u win, but the problem is that their payout is around 0% i think, there is no way of winning a da*** nothing..so probably games are tricked. Dont play.

Just because your withdrawal is in pending status does not mean the casino will not pay. Maybe their hot wallet is temporarily empty or they need to conduct additional security checks. Have you contacted their customer support?

Exactly. I see no reason to open a scam accusation, at least not before contacting customer support. Also, 7 hours is not that long.
