Any pool would do, but I still recommend mining ETH and using that to buy Flux because you will get more Flux coin this way every 24 hours, Flux isn't profitable to mine right now.

Your RTX 3070 Ti card has better profit on ETH, so I recommend mining ETH then trading it to buy FLUX. The only models that are good for FLUX or other Equihash variants are the GTX 1000 series or RTX 2000/super series. The RTX 3060 Ti is OK.
