@Bountyhunterbtc is a fraudster, he claimed that he has bitcointalk account for sell and I played along.

He said he has more than 10 member accounts and was pasuading me to buy the member but when I told him to message on the forum so that I will have a concrete evidence against him, he change talk that I should buy the member account first to create trust. I begin to suspect either it is a scammer with intension to scam me or he is a big farm account seller.
The first member account password has been changed for long  and also inactive =

Where did he advertise the accounts? Via this forum or telegram?

2. How did you prove that both accounts belong to him, since he did not send you a personal message?
From what I know, anyone can claim that an account belongs to them buy just sharing a link of a random profile and you might end up tagging an innocent person for nothing.

If he can't establish proof that he owns these accounts through messaging then he is lying that's the only way he can establish proof and it's good that you asked for this proof and by persuading you to buy because of his too many alibis like war and economic problems, that's a give away that he is just fooling around and really don't have those account in his possession, by the way, you can get yourself tagged for buying accounts, you should establish yourself by posting good stuff if you want to rank up.

What's the scam here? Whether he sells one bitcointalk account or ten, it is still not a scam. In fact, it's not even against the forum rules (although it's discouraged by the community).

Besides, you didn't prove anything. At the moment, we don't know how @Bountyhunterbtc is connected to the forum, and anyone can claim to own multiple accounts on bitcointalk, but that doesn't mean it's true. It seems like this is an example of how not to do a scam accusation report.

selling bitcointalk account doesn't really equate to being a fraudster, but I get your point of view that he might be trying to scam you. also, I don't think the accounts you shared that are supposed to be his will be getting a tag(or at least I think they shouldn't) since there's no strong evidence that it belongs to him.

I won't believe since it's easy to make a drama.

The telegram account who share his bitcointalk accounts can be a stranger who want to ruin those accounts or it could be you create a second account and talking with your main account like a different person. Not to mention it can be edited if someone really good with a photoshop or other editing software. We can only tag and flag the bitcointalk accounts, outside of it, we almost can't do anything... moreover it's more a suspect rather than a scammer.

A set of telegram screenshots do not provide any conclusive information, anyone can make an account on telegram of any username and then pose as an account seller or buyer. It does not mean the telegram account is being run by a person with an account on bitcointalk.

Besides, there are a lot of users on telegram trying to fish for gullible folks. Most of these are scammers anyway and beyond that even if you do manage to buy an account, they will get caught and marked with red trust, so why try to be greedy anyway? Build your own account over the years and stop trying to have the notion of fraudulently stealing money from campaigns.

This not the proper format to post an accusation either.

In the case of selling an account or buying, if caught by DT both can be red, meaning: not recommended.

Should, if you know buying account to other user, maybe you don't want to trade or buy it, risk buying account, prone from fraud, so it is not recommended, for that the evidence you provide here is not valid, we trust it more if you have some PM conversations with @Bountyhunterbtc in this forum, not telegram and so on, if he cheats on you, if there is no conversation, your accusation is not solid evidence.

If we drag here all messages about scammers from other social networks, and especially from Telegram channels, then the forum will turn into a community of scammers.

As for the OP, it has long been proven that communication, and even more trust in strangers offering to buy something on the Internet, always ends in tears for the buyer. Telegram is a bunch of scammers. You can read it just to understand that freedom of speech does exist, but trusting everything that is published there is a big mistake.

I didn't find a person named @Bountyhunterbtc on the forum, so nothing else makes sense.

It is true that many Bitcointalk accounts are being buy/ sold on the black market.  And now with the ever-increasing number of good signatures campaign with big payment, it is clear that many large accounts have recently woken up. But there must be clear evidence to give someone negative trust. Only Conversation screenshot  is not considered as valid evidence.

As stated above, buying/selling bitcointalk accounts isn't against the forum rules but it's highly frowned upon by the community.

Unfortunately, the community can't do much here and dt members are unlikely to tag those accounts since there is no valid proof that @Bountyhunterbtc really owns them and they are for sale. The screenshots you provided do not prove anything (did he send you a pm from the member account? Because as I can see from the conversation, he didn't mind doing it).

Telegram is a great place for scammers to scam crypto users. You will get offers on telegram anything but they will promise to give something huge but in the end all will be seen as fake. So after trusting someone in the telegram, making any kind of deal is not the right decision. No decision is going to be made based on the screenshot you provided. Because if he sent you a pm from a Bitcointalk account then it would be proof that he was.

Is the activity of buying and selling accounts booming in these times?

Signature campaigns decrease when the hype around Bitcoin decreases and the number of people who spend more time here to make a profit is decreasing, these times are not ideal for selling BTT accounts.

There are more risks in selling these accounts such as getting caught, negativity, change of writer style, buyer won't be able to write high quality posts and many more issues.

It wouldn't be a smart move to pay $200 to buy BTT accounts instead of buying Bitcoin directly.

More so since the account will be caught very soon and marked with a red tag which henceforth will become useless to the person owning it at that point.

Besides most of these posts on telegram are done by scammers who dont have any account to sell but only fake promises. They just take your money and run away, but I am sure many newbies here have tried to do the same and got scammed.

I still dont get why there is a lack of honor among the members here, why not try to build your own name and reputation here instead of trying to cheat the system?

Not surprising to see that scammers using telegram to contact their possible victims and I think the link given is not enough proof yet that the account is up for sale because there are possibilities that he just pick random profile and sent it to you, but if he show the authenticity then sent you a pm in forum to validate his sale is true then for that DT members can tag those account up for sale. And for this to be show its good for anyone not to deal with any person on telegram because scamming became normal because anyone can easily create more accounts to use on their scamming attempts.
