What are my options here?

The address I sent to, I did not type 1 character .. it was valid as per coinbase, and so was sent.

I thought <12character EOS addresses were invalid?.. Oh my

Is the transaction confirmed? Do you see it in the blockchain?

If the transaction is already confirmed, there is nothing you can do. The coins are probably stuck forever in an address nobody has the private key.

However, it is more likely that the transaction failed and did not get a confirmation (if the address is invalid). Although, it might be valid (then there is nothing you can do)

If you accidentally sent to an address with a missing character in Coinbase in my experience it will be stuck on their transaction history and actually, you can't able to see the transaction through any block explorer if you are lucky the same as mine before then you can contact Coinbase issue to refresh your account.

But if you can find the transaction in the block explorer and receive confirmation then there is no way to get your coins back.

The only thing you can make is as BitMaxz has already written that you contact the support and explain your situation.
Nearly the same was happend to somebody at Bitstamp years ago and i was the one that got the coins .
So the support has written to me and asked if i can send the coins back to adress as they cant do it thereself because of legal and law things.
As i am a good one i sended the coins back and got a few days laters a little amount from the same adress again as surprise.

Just as it has been said, was the transaction confirmed, you can see that on blockchain explorer?

If confirmed, the coin is gone.

Not confirmed? Contact coinbase customer support. If there is a missing word, likely it should not be a valid address.

Unfortunately coinbase can't do anything with this matter as stated on their TOS, take it as a lesson and you should double or triple check the address you want to sent. However you can send small amount first and if it's alright, you can send it all.

Exchanges usually do not deal with such issues. Some users sent tokens to a valid exchange address, and the tokens are not traded on the exchange. And the exchange does not process such requests for a very long time. I hope the amount was small.

No option here. Your money has gone.

1 character is still mean everything in the crypto. If it was true already sent and you can do nothing for that. The transaction already gone and better to check it through explorer whether that's delivered in address or not.

No chance to recover it.
