Do you think Elon Musk's power to influence the chart of some cryptocurrencies is shrinking?

1 or 2 years ago if Elon Musk posted a tweet about some cryptocurrency the value of that crypto went up or down based on the content of the tweet.

In the last period, it seems that his power to influence cryptocurrency charts has been significantly reduced. Is it just my impression?
