This is something that confuses the people that are entering the market for the first time, on the surface investing seems like something incredibly easy to do as you only need to buy when the price is at a low level and then sell it for a higher price.

And even if their superficial explanation is correct what they do not see is everything that goes behind the decisions to enter and exit the market, this means that when those people finally decide to enter the market they get confused as it is way harder than what they imagined to earn any money, but by the time they realize their mistake they have lost so much money that it does not matter how good they may get at trading in the future as it is almost impossible they are ever going to recover all the money they have lost already.
When they lost a lot of money and came to their senses, it had become an irreversible disaster. should learn first what they want to do. At first it was easy, but when it comes to investing and involving money, it will not be easy. Losses will always come.

When entering the market and thinking it's time to buy because the price is going down, but in reality the price is getting lower and they are stuck at a pretty high price.

The conclusion of all is that learning what you want to do is very necessary, technical knowledge in investing will help everyone read the market, and lastly start investing in a good and right way.
