It's basically a problem with the chain selection or just a straight up scam sportsbook nothing more. Contact them again and explain to them that this is the address you gave them and there is nothing on the blockchain and if they are willing to help you out then they will give you a reason.

Also, I would like to point out that there are a million good sportsbooks in the crypto world like fortunejack, sportsbet.io, stake all known places, and you picking something I have never heard before as a person who has been here for 500 years or something like that (definitely feels that way with all the ups and downs) shows me that you did something risky yourself.

You are right about this.
But let's be honest, isn't it a huge mistake of the external payment processor of Wintomato to just send TRON to a Bitcoin address without apparently doing a quick check first?

You need to contact their support and explain that.
The transaction was never completed,  so they probably have the usdt in their wallet.

Ask for the blockchain transaction, if they say they sent it.
