She explained they have some sort of franchise deal and get paid for keeping the ads on the wall but they don't really know how Bitcoin works or how it can positively impact their business. I could sense she wanted to learn what I knew, but it wasn't the time and place for a Bitcoin lecture. Instead, I invited her for Christmas dinner and promised to teach her Bitcoin.
Merry Christmas everyone
Interesting enough that they have decorations of BTC on their restaurant but they do not understand nor accept it as an alternative method. But in all honesty, this kind of movement is definitely worth it for the establishment to gain attraction from its community. Even if they do not accept BTC as payment, the fact still remains that they do recognize and know the existence of BTC, which is definitely more than a thousand of words worth it.
Though that may be the case, inviting someone for dinner is definitely questionable as there are other options that can be exercised (e.g. coffee, lunch, etc.).
