I am curious, how exactly the brand new Twitter account will help in any promotion?
You can like, retweet someone's posts, but to whom, who will see it? if someone already wants to just have numbers on like or rt, it is at least the easiest to buy from numerous SMM services, it costs only a few cents (although it's not really worth that much)
You can write comments, but one account without any impact will be considered spam than to bring something constructive.

it took you 5 months to give an answer, not even a direct answer to the question. although I was very serious and I was really interested in your reasoning. if you offer a valuable and legitimate thing, you certainly have no problem answering any question.
