to start an exchange business without initial capital and without associates cannot be considered serious. Crypto exchange can't be run as a hobby.
I'm not even sure what advice would be best. should you get an honest one, which you probably won't like, or should we praise you and give you support? in the end, you will be wasting your time and your energy.

Actually you may have a chance since there are plenty of shitcoins desperate to get listed somewhere.. anywhere.
I don't think that those will matter when looking for a good exchange, but it may help showing you can be trusted with user funds. Of course, the risk is high that the people with actual tradable coins will not go there, still, one good strategy would be to allow low limits (min traded funds) and low amounts for min withdrawal; and of course bearable withdrawal funds (sorry, I didn't look those up).

All in all, I'd recommend you advertise your exchange in altcoins area, you may have better chance...

going into the business of exchange/trading platform is no easy task. as you said, trust is one factor that he will encounter in this endeavour.
btw, is the OP running solo on this project? he needs staffs to take care of other matters especially the security protocols of the site. because if he is not taking care of the security risks, his funds can easily be drained by these hackers. anyway, good luck to this project, everyone is welcome to set up their business but they should know the possible bottlenecks and issues that may arise upon venturing this industry.

It's a positive thing that the withdrawal fees are low. When I say low, I mean compared to other centralized exchanges. 0.0001 BTC is better then what many other platforms are offering. But if you want to get your business up and running, you have to be willing to offer something better and cheaper than the big players.

But one question: why does your info page say that BitMagge is a decentralized exchange?

True, but people will mostly look to dump their bags on someone. With no liquidity, I don't see it as a viable business model.
