Probably a case of too little too late on this one. The climate change is now unavoidable and the concentration of fossil fuels that most countries import have been exposed clearly during Putin's war. Energy weaponised, people unable to pay their bills and governments basically handing our money that will not go to education or health systems.

And I am pessimistic - I believe that it will be forgotten and we will still not develop renewables as they should.

I am in agreement with this one, clear and shear truth on spot on that
one. It’s just gonna get hotter and hotter every year now, climate
change is realistically and ineluctably here to stay for good. We are
just too late and too damn slow on doing anything about it for the past
10 to 20 years. The pandemic however during the span of Covid-19’s
peak and global incursion did lower gas emissions and somehow
benefited the planet with all the travel restrictions and quarantine
protocols. Now everything is up and running again everywhere,
emission’s gonna pick up the pace even speed it up by a few degrees
annually. All kinds and forms of clean and renewable energy are really
good. It’s just hard to fully put it out there for everyone since setting
it up is costly to lot of people. No matter how many people work on it,
it is still behind and things are getting a bit warmer everywhere on
the planet.

Too bad, some of the countries are reverting back to coal power, if I remember correctly there's a news about Germany slowly dismantling their nuclear powerplants and they are continuing their reliance on fossil fuels for electricity. Hopefully it's not a big impact but we know that some countries will likely follow them.

Hopefully it's not a big impact but we know that some countries will likely follow them.
We also had to revert back to coal in Greece. Due to the energy crisis, coal factories that had closed down have now reopened. I'm all for renewable energy sources and green energy. However, I've found it pretty common (at least here) that green energy is disrupting the environment and we must find a way to overcome it. In particular, Greece is known for installing wind turbines in forests that were previously burned in wildfires (I hate to act like a conspiracy theorist, but in some cases, it has been proven that such plants were planned before wildfires occurred). On top of that, their installation requires heavy equipment and the creation of larger roads for transportation, while it's also claimed that it disrupts fauna and flora wild life.

We live in the innovation world, we need to find a way to overcome such challenges, because green energy is the future, we can't rely on fossil fuels forever. We can't have green energy hurting the environment in the process, it's hypocritical.

The tendency of green renewable energy is towards greater efficiency where as oil, coal and other similar burning energy is a fixed process and fixed yield its harder to improve old technology.     The argument in favor of green energy is increasing but it will still be decades before its perfected.  Most obvious case for this would be solar panels which I think are now more then 70x cheaper per watt of energy produced (then 1970's), its been a great journey but they have to still continue to improve in great leaps.
One day all windows in new buildings will have a dual purpose of producing energy for that building, especially in places like Greece with a great amount of sunlight and natural advantage in placement to the seasons.  Some parts of the world have poor access to the sun so other types of green energy will develop, I believe even outside of solar we see great advance and efficiency.  In the end no special argument will be required, it will have become obvious but before then we do need people to recognize the silent cost to polluting 'old' energy types.
For employment of people, its probably not a small amount to include R&D for new developments and integration into society.   IMO hydro is the most neglected and obvious large energy type.  When people wake and realize we throw away so much 'free' energy it will pivot the world in a better direction, I think all societies become richer at this time.

It's wonderful news that more people are already in the clean energy because it can be good for argumentative purposes of moving further away from fossil fuels. But are there largely new people who are getting these jobs or is it that people who worked in fossil fuels are getting a chance to re-educate and switch to clean energy jobs? After all, it's very important to support those who worked in industries that are now going away, right? That would also help responding to concerns that many are losing jobs because of mines and other things closing down.
I think that directing individuals to clean energies will not be enough to meet all their needs. What is required is that the state's policies tend to abandon the old sources of energy and direct its policies towards clean sources.
It must also be taken into account that working on alternative energies also has a cost, which may in many cases exceed the traditional methods. Until today, no society, regardless of its size, has reached complete dependence on clean energy alone.
