This has been discussed a lot of times in here so...

You basically have PrepaidDigitalSolutions which I'm not sure where you can still get with bitcoin, ever since coinsbee decided to stop selling them...
They also have a lot of bad reviews on trustpilot..

Alternatively, there's EzzoCard. I haven't tried them myself so I can't give my feedback but they seem to be very expensive.

If the service you want to buy doesn't have any gift cards you can buy from Bitrefill, and you're not going to be buying on a regular basis... I would just suggest looking for someone in the services board, to buy on your behalf in exchange for bitcoin (+ fee).

There was CoinDebit card and it worked fine during beta testing for lower amounts of money, but they temporarily shut down their service and issued refund to their customers, while they transition to the new card provider.
There was virtual card and physical card that was available only for United States.
Keep an eye on their website and twitter acocunt @Coin_debit for new announcements.

Watch out for scams that use similar cards schemes to steal money from people, and don't expect to see many non-kyc cards in 2022.

Yeah, that service is still going on, you can find his thread here Anonymous crypto loadable bitcoin debit card - No KYC - Private Card Services. People seem to be satisfied with his service, but its probably ain't cheap to use that option. Then again, since no-KYC debit cards are basically (afaik) non-existent  no wonder that it costs a lot.
