Doken Super Chain - Undervalued?

Is Doken Super Chain undervalued?
I mean the Devs are launching utilities one by one like every single week!
They have Dex, Launchpad, Staking, Farming, Dividend Hub, Token generator on DSC, Bridge, and Virtual Visa Card already!

Are their virtual Visa card legit?  Do they have a license from the central bank to implement this kind of stuff?  They might be in for a huge problem if they did not register and has proper approval for their virtual visa card. 

Centra is one of those altcoins that become worthless because the developer is charged of Fraud since they are issuing visa card when they aren't registered nor got approved by the central bank.  I hope the project you are talking about won't experience the same fate.
