Yes, it does when it wasn't closed gracefully. You are looking for 460 GB of files from the internet. After you download all the blocks, you still need to reindex them, which will take a long time. Depends on your system. This is not a problem. But what if there is a virus if it was compressed within a zip file? What if you unzip and some malware is installed on your device? Instead, Run the Bitcoin core and let it download the blocks. I spend over a month and a half just downloading the blocks.
Blockchain already weighs 460 GB? It turns out it will not fit on a 465 GB HDD? Is there any compression? Can built-in HDD data compression help me?

There's no point in compressing 450+GB of blocks, it will take forever to compress and decompress all that data. Just buy a larger HDD.

Whatever, Why do you want to know those things? According to you, You already uninstalled Bitcoin core and deleted all the files.
This would help other users to quickly launch their Bitcoin Node without spending several weeks on it, but by coping with it in a few tens of hours

I believe other users care about their security. They won't download 460 GB of Data from unknown sources. If they want to Run a Full node, they will spend their time downloading the entire blockchain. People with good internet connections could download the whole blockchain within two days. Don't think for others. Oil your own machine.

Suggest to others: Please don't waste your time here unless you have spare time. OP had some issues over a month ago, and now he doesn't even have Bitcoin core installed. He was trying to gather information for other users to quickly launch their Bitcoin Node.
