Is it right time to invest in Cardano?

As I'm going a deep search, I've found this one

I'm not sure how this could bring to reality. With this news discovery and market development, I think this will also create some hype and an interesting look over Cardano. I see the hard work of the team/developers to make this project work so well and get adopted but the strong market competition, it makes hard to compete with others. Well, I hope this initiative will become successful and see positive results, otherwise, that gonna hopeless to see Cardano rallying back again.

ADA i know a few months back there was heavy hype of this project in the last bull run and ADA very well too but as we entered the Bear run then ADA just disappointed us and ita major investors this project was one of the most potential one but point is they made a trash now I can't see any potential for ADA for the nex tbull run Near can replace it or any other top 20 project as ADA has nothing to provide now.

I would say that Cardano is really a great project when ADA first launched I bought a lot of shares and sold it when it reach the ATH and bought back after it gets dip. Cardano is really a great altcoin that a-must to hold for a long period of time if you're into long-term investment.
