Hi

I made deposit 11k xrp to my stake account.
<cut>

I have to say that I have some issues with your story. You claim that it is your Stake account, right?

From the screenshots you attached and the email address you used on Stake, it's evident that your name is "Tino Č.", which is a male name. However, in your documents for KYC verification, the name you used is "Martina O.", which is a female name, and the person in the photo on your document appears to be a female.

So, you either use someone else's email address to sign up and communicate with Stake casino or you use someone else's documents in the KYC process. Which is it?

Ahahahaha, are you joke??? I can use mail what I want, from boyfriend, from girlfriend, from mam, from dad. Stake also pay you for this post?

No, I am not paid by Stake for my posts. I'm just a neutral observer here.

Although you can use anyone's email address (if that's what you claim), I'm just pointing out that it doesn't make sense to do so. Email is a personal communication tool, and it's not appropriate to use someone else's email address, especially to register for an account on a website. Using someone else's email address is impersonation, and in some cases, it could even be considered illegal.
On the other hand, if you use someone else's personal documents, such as a passport or personal ID card, to pass KYC verification, you're committing identity fraud. This is a serious crime, and you could face legal consequences. In some countries, using someone else's personal documents is even considered identity theft and can result in jail time.

All what you write here, its totally wrong.

Only important here that Stake.com steal my deposit. Nobody can steal your deposit.

I have to agree with FatFork above, especially if you're a regular gambler. It might work on smaller wins or test accounts, since most of the KYC processes are being triggered at a later stage or larger wins, but overall it's never worth it. You wouldn't believe the complex matrix that is behind the system of detecting fraudulent users, the casinos have been battling them for decades, so ideally just don't do it from the start Smiley
