Details related to reports on a single page

It would be nice addition to forum. A simple page with details like reports submitted, description, moderator comments and current status. It can help in number of situation  like same member submitting multiple reports for same violation on the forum by mistake as he can check submitted reports on his detailed page.

There's a report history page[1] but you need to have 300 good reports before you can access it. You can read this[2] for more details.
