DOGECOIN SOLO MINING

Good morning everyone, I'll explain my situation, I have 2 l3+ and 1 innosilicon a6 purchased as non-functional where I managed to get it to go with only 3 boards, including 1 dancer, sometimes it goes sometimes not, so it makes me stable 330mh and at strokes 480/500.
Since I practically didn't pay him, I thought I'd direct him to a doge solo-mining pool. Do you think with so few MH/s will it ever be able to catch a block?? or should I keep it undermining a pool as I have done so far? Thank you in advance.

I don't think that amount will be able to bring you 10.000 Doge as that is the reward for a block because the difficulty of Dogecoin is to high right now and with only 330 Mhsh I think it will not be possible to get a block so easily.The only device which would have somewhat slight chances is L7+ that 9.5 Ghsh power efficiency,however I advice you continue milking your devices as that is the best you can do,get small amount of Doge coins every day and add up to your wallet.

Chances are always present to catch a block in solo mining, but with this hashrate you have very small chances. Getting equipment for free is always good if you know how to repair it. But I think you will soon get tired of paying electricity bills.

at 20 cents = 10.00 usd
at 15 cent =    7.50 usd
at 10 cent =    5.00 usd

at  7 cent =      3.50 usd
at  6 cent =      3.00 usd

if you mine at viabtc 1330 mhs = 1.33 gh which is  1.33 x 0.01158 ltc = 0.0154 ltc a day

and 2000 x 0.0154 ltc = 30.8 doge

31 x .0773 = $2.40
.0154 x 65.77 = $1.01

so they earn $3.41 a day before power cost


so if you are at 8 cent power or higher you are losing money

I would advise you to mine solo 1 day a week and shut the gear off the other six days if your power cost is over 10 cents.

I would advise you to mine a steady pool 6 days in a row then mine solo for 1 day if your power cost is 8-10 cents

if your power is 7 cents or less I would mine the steady pool every day except for the 1st of the month mine solo on that day.

If you have no energy cost issues meaning that energy is not a problem with you,you either have a very cheap price for it or your devices are in a place where the energy bills are already paid in advance then it is worth mining in solo despite having only a small hash rate but even that small hash rate have some slight chances of getting a block and getting all the rewards from that block.

The best to do in your case though since electricity is no problem is to mine normally in a pool and stock up your doge every day a little,this is a sure reward while mining solo it can even be mining in vain if you don't manage to hit a block during the time you solo mine.

If he has no energy cost issues. He should mine at least 4 days on viabtc as pps. Maybe 5.

And mine solo for 2 or 3 days.

No energy issues means 0 cost. It seems he is saying he has free power.

So why not take $3.41 a day 5 days a week. or 3.41 x 261 = 890 usd for sure.

and maybe he gets lucky with the solo on the 104 days he mines solo.

To toss a certain $890 makes no sense to me.

He would need at least 2 solo blocks to do better.

My way he gets the $890 and could still get some solo blocks. By mining the 104 days solo.

The issue is that say you should find 1 block per day. What happens if you don’t find a block on day 1 or 2 or 3 or 7? Will you still mine?

The variance will eventually make you quit and join a pool. If your hashrate was higher, say 10 blocks a day then i would say try it but with this little hash rate it’s not worth it.

We all know that a 200% luck meaning 2 years is not uncommon.

2x365x3= 2100 . for me I would take the sure 2100 over the 2 years.

Yep solo mining for mature coin only for hobbies or just testing. For money go to pool and you wont losing many electricity for nothing, except you want hunting new coin each day and try to soloing for new baby coin lol…. But sometimes it will reward you than doing solo mature coin

Yes, I'm mining on F2pool with L3s, solo mining on zsolo gives me a fortune of 1300 days. now i don't know. I might also try like philip says by aiming a few times a week.
