You registered the domain not quite long. Okay, let us assume that your exchange can be legit, how trustworthy are you? Gave you given your exchange service promotions and advertisements before? If you have not, you better do that now. You can not just come and think people will trust you. Start building the trust with money. J mean advertisement.

I don't think that a service like this should operate through escrow. There are plenty of exchangers like this, and they function under their own rules and terms.

If you want to be competitive you will need to have an English speaking website. You are advertising in a predominantly English forum, so users here should be able to read through your website.

It was through Bestchange that I noticed they have English section. It is hard to know from the Russia section. It would be better if the link on the OP is edited to https://more-ex.com/en. This is English board.

You're right.
I was looking towards the right of the screen, cause that's where I normally see the option to toggle between different languages and I missed it over at the left side. They also have an English support option too.

It seems your main target is Russian clients. This could be the reason your website loads Russian by default. But if you want to target global clients as well, you could make English the default. I am unsure if you can detect a user's IP and load a specific language for them. For example, if the website notices a visitor from Russia, the Russian language will be displayed for them. But when people visit from other countries, the website will display the English language for them.

By the way, I found an interesting marketing strategy. More-ex offers $5 for every client who makes an exchange and writes a review about their service. This could attract some people to try their platform. The reserves seem realistic. Do you guys plan to run any campaigns on the forum?

One of the few new exchange sites that I have seen is a little organized a few months after their launch. Most of them have half backed details about the exchange or even how they operate. I commend you for the great Job OP.

I suggest;

1. Add that the time you are using is Moscow time for the service on the homepage e.g. Mon - Fri 10 a.m. till 11 p.m Moscow Time or UTC +3
2. In the FAQ, you say you work 7 days a week from 9AM to 11PM which is a little different from what you say on your home page. On home page you also seem to say you don't work on Saturday and Sunday. So which is which?
3. Please include the possible service fees in the FAQ.

The cost will be zero if the transaction fee is around $5 and I don't think it will be an attractive offer since you will pay what you earn from the review as a service fee, in addition to the fact that they may accept the review or ask you to modify it. In fact, such promotional campaigns may give false results as if they are an attempt to buy positive reviews.

There's actually a list here on the forum, a blacklist to be exact, of platforms that implement rules on dirty/tainted coins. Yours should be added there. The point is to discourage the community from using these platforms as they are a threat to Bitcoin's fundamental value of fungibility.

Remember, this strict standard reeks of hypocrisy. This doesn't apply to fiat.

If someone wants to benefit from that $5 bonus and expects $5 for their work, then this will not be a good deal. But if someone needs to use their service, which they could have done on other platforms, then this will be a good deal for the user. All they are getting is a $5 bonus. This is not a big amount. It is just a bonus to use their service and write a review. This is not good if someone considers it a work. As for the reviews, do they demand a positive review? I didn't notice that. A wise user could write whatever their experience was using their service. It could be positive, or it could be negative.

- It appears that there are some "inconsistencies" in potential rewards for the affiliates... In one part you mentioned the rewards can be from 1% - 6% while in the succeeding part, it's saying 10% - 30%. Which one is the accurate one?
