Can I ask the reason you are using a fork of CGMiner and not the Kano release is there a reason for this?

Code:
mkdir -p mining/newpac; cd mining/newpac
git clone https://github.com/vthoang/cgminer.git
cd cgminer

I used this fork because it was the one provided by the Gekko reseller at the time (bitshopper.de).

I am now using kanoi cgminer since 5 or 6 months

That 'fork' is where I got the original Gekko driver code from.
VH did the original drivers for cgminer up until the R606, but wasn't available to sidehack after that.

The CompacF and the R909 aren't there, I've added them of course to my original git.
I've also fixed a few bugs and of course added all the tuning as mentioned on the support page https://kano.is/gekko.php
As it says there, it handles all the Gekko miners with the latest code/fixes.
