even if all the lies are revealed. it doesnt matter to them because now they have a action packed biography fit for a book, movie deal where they still remain famous not due to reputation but due to dis-repute
fame and riches does not require good reputation. it just requires knowing how to sell yourself

more people know about hitler, read books about him,. seen movies and such.

You're right to some extent, but reputation is still relevant. Because if I were to guess, not literally 100% of people on CSW's side are malicious. At least some of them are just tricked and lied to.

though they say they "believe" and 'seen proof' they say it with the same silly loose reasons that are too obvious that they are just playing along with CSW.. with all the revealing tone and words of knowing the scam. being involved in it, but wanting others to believe them to keep the ruse alive for ROI via the scummy schemes

(they need some OTHER people to believe it enough to buy tickets to CSW speaking tour conventions/seminar time slots).. but it does not need good reputation.. even scammers get a fanbase of "lets all get rich" (Bitconnneeeecct!!)

He didn't "lose the case"--  Because Wright is suing foreigners he was required to get the courts permission before serving them (giving them notice of the lawsuit and requiring their response).  When he sought that permission the court said that one of his three allegations was such obvious bullshit that he was guaranteed to lose it and he isn't permitted to waste the defendants time with it.

But he's still permitted to waste our time with the other two allegations-- the court didn't reach any conclusions of them they weren't just so obviously trash that the court could see it itself even when no opposition was allowed, since the court didn't have anyone explaining why they are trash.

He specifically set things up so this case can't even be heard until after copa (because by his own admission they require that he be the author of Bitcoin)... e.g. probably in 2025.

just be aware that while chasing stressing and waiting for his case to go to trial
he will waste your time with "discovery" and "pre trial motions" and lots of other things like "depositions"

where by becasue he is the claimant you lot end up not being the interviewer but in the hotseat being interviewed in things like depositions

(another reason why being on the defense is bad, as CSW team control the questions and they can limit how you should answer 'just a yes or no please')
whre by your side cant really challenge his means of questioning you and limited area's where your team can question his side

this is why hodlonaut done the right things and done the counter claim so he got to say his side and question CSW

but SLAPPERs know all the tricks to prolong a case,
change of venue, change of jurisdiction
so just be prepared for him to waste years on all these games

if he does a change of jurisdiction by saying most of his opposition is in america or what ever blah he comes up with next. then be prepared for more time wasting
