Are Web3 P2E Becoming Playable?

Play to earn is really fun in the gaming world and it's sort of a nice feeling for those gamers who just want to play without being seen by the public on twitch or YouTube etc. But, earnings taste much better when gamers actually enjoy the game they are playing...

The crypto space is moving towards making P2E a norm but one of the missing components so far I believe is graphic... Many Web3 games graphics aren't even close to console level but I recon it's a working in progress.

So yesterday I saw this game BloodLoop which I have to say are doing quite a good job. I saw some guys playing the closed beta and the graphic was Fortnite like and it was impressive. Like 5v5 and intense Death match all sound really good and although I'm yet to explore, I am already hooked!

So what are your thoughts on this kinda gameplay? Are there Web3 games with high end graphics that makes gaming exciting? Pls share

The website also includes all the other information about the game itself as well as how crypto is incorporated to it. Also has their team introduced which to me is a huge green flag.

This project has been around for years and I don’t know just how much can it be profitable but for sure a lot of gamers would be attracted to this project.

P2E gaming did not get recognised due the factor that their graphics and game speed is not that good enough in the current times. People are interested is playing high graphic games, even mobile gaming is now going through a phase where some games have graphics like console games. Unless these P2E games work in improving their graphics and game play they won't see much adoption.

My honest review. The game looks like 2010's game. The movement from the character, the graphic, the gameplay. They looked like shit man. Im also playing NFT FPS game now. Look at the game play. Horrible bloodloop is.

I can only share you bigtime and nyan heroes. These games are better compared to the hundreds of crap games developed by amateur game developers in crypto.

People are interested is playing high graphic games, even mobile gaming is now going through a phase where some games have graphics like console games. Unless these P2E games work in improving their graphics and game play they won't see much adoption.

I think most of all, concept and gameplay is two of the biggest factors that are being considered.

I also believe a huge part of games must come from trends and marketing. Kids nowadays play what their friends are playing so games that offer multiplayer are very attractive to gamers. I have noticed that rank-based games are very popular due to players wanting to level up and even asking their friends to help them.

so many of the gamers in the past were already disappointed in most of the P2E games in crypto. if this one doesn't disappoint them, they will flock to this game leaving the others to enjoy. there is nothing more enjoyable than playing and earning at the same time.

first shooter game means this is like counter-strick right? sort of 2 teams as I've read which is going to be fun to join. the characters however are too graphic, it doesn't even look human anymore.

I can only share you bigtime and nyan heroes. These games are better compared to the hundreds of crap games developed by amateur game developers in crypto.

But nyan price trend hasn't really lived up to expectations. Bloodloop shard for example is centered on unique game plays and mechanics. Though I'm skeptical though, but earning the token on POOLX Will be the safest bet for now while I observe how the token reacts when it goes live on the 10th...

Graphics are the least of your/their problems. Lots of hot games today have 'meh' graphics, but are still generally enjoyable — Minecraft, Stardew Valley, Valorant, and dozens and dozens more have subpar graphics. And don't forget the classic old games that people still play today like Age of Empires, Starcraft 2, etc.

What most P2E games right now lack is enjoyable gameplay. If all your userbase are playing the game solely just to farm the game, then your game's economy will easily collapse. There should be a healthy balance between farmers, and people actually playing the game because they simply just enjoy it.

I think they are good options for the ones who want to earn buy they can't complete your lust of gaming. The gamers know exactly what I want to say. When you are gaming you just want to enjoy the game and the worries of earning will not let you enjoy the game.

You can play games to earn but only as a earning option. For gaming you should continue to play games that you love and if they pay you in return that it's butter on bread.

That's not entirely true, how come Axie Infinity that doesn't have the best of the graphics out there were able to do the impossible and became a big hype in the crypto community? There were other games that were up to your said standards in terms of graphics but they weren't able to make the same popularity and longevity that Axie Infinity had, even though they're not as big as they were back in 2022, they still have a player base that's still playing the game so I'd say that it's not the graphics that would matter the most, it's probably something else, maybe the community of the game that's making sure that the P2E game would have the staying power.

P2E is already done and we are past that era. But due to the bull run, trends are coming back but not all of them are.
Games are fun and it is profitable at the beginning but when the developers start to take profits, the tokenomics and economics of their communities and ecosystem, you will notice it and that enthusiasm of yours will be gone too soon.

This just buttresses my point about gamefi in general. Like I said there's potential in bloodloopsharp cos of it's gameplay and the fact that they're trying introduce web2 to web3 gaming standards. Already following them up. So far. Bitget(The first), gate, mexc all announced listing .

these P2E games are usually feels so sluggish and unfinished, i have played some of the game myself, starting Big Time which is quite literally just a recycled game made by the dev if im not mistaken and integration of blockchain as it gimmicks and Nyan Heroes, all of them are sluggish and playing feels like a boredom, i mean if you look at preview clips they may be worth your time playing and earning at the same time but really its just boring lackluster of a game, almost as if they are mostly unfinished because reasons, you know the web 3 spaces right now are full of people trying to milk airdrop farmer as much as they can, these games deliberately just releasing an unfinished game because they want to get as much player as they can and also delay the TGE, because statistically speaking, the TGE is when they starting to lose their player slowly, the entire business was never the sustaining ones.

if it ain't coming from reputable AAA developer, be prepared because your gameplay going to feel like a chore.
