Help with notifications...

I am rendering a loan service on the Nigerian local board, and I am currently having challenges with getting notifications on my loan thread.

I am actually using a Telegram notifications bot to get notifications, but this only works when I am quoted or mentioned.

Is there a way I can get notified when people write on the thread even when I am not being quoted or mentioned? I will appreciate any help given, as this will help me respond to my customers faster.

I am aware of watch topic, but I don't want email notification.

Yes. Click on menu on the telegram notifier
And click on track topic
And place the URL of the thread

On the thread you are referring to, you will see notify beside reply and watch, you can click on it to track it. Anytime someone post on the thread, the forum will notify you through email. This is the one I prefer because it will only notify you once after you visit the thread and not repeatedly as people are posting there. For other notifications, I prefer the telegram bot.

Yeah but OP said she doesn't want notifications via email but via telegram.

Yes, what you mean is that you have opened a topic to give a loan. And you want to get all the notifications of that topic. There is a very simple solution for this, that is the Notifier Bot. Below I have given the setup step by step.
1. First select Track Topic.

2. Then select Add New.

3. Then give the url of your topic in the message below.

Track you loan thread from the telegram notification bot by tracking the topic that way whenever there is a new comment on that topic you get notified.


You can also watch the topic, so not bad if you can have multiple notifications options, since the thread is your service thread.

When one creates a new topic, the notifier bot automatically gives the user a prompt whether they wanna track the topic or not! Just click "yes" the next time you create such loan request.
If you wanna track an existing topic, then follow the manual steps that everyone shown above. Hope that helps...

Hey, Floxynice you just have to follow what Ambatman said already, track your topic using the TG BTT bot, and as soon as anyone replies in the thread, you will get notified.

You also have your TG username posted in the thread, if you don't catch the notification from the bot due to many incoming notifications, users can PM you privately, since your TG is more private, you can catch up with many orders.

Yeah, it's too easy, you can do it by yourself. Go to your Telegram bot and click on the menu. You will see some more options there. Select the "track topic" option, and it will ask for the URL you want to track, meaning the thread you want to get notified about when someone posts there. Copy the URL of that thread and paste it here, and it will be added to your bit. Whenever someone posts there, you will get the notification. Hope you understand it and apply the same as I said.

Funny you any ways, I can write on your thread if you be willing to give me loan with no refund conditions just a free gift to test wether or not your notification is working, if you deal you can hit me up after all we from the same localboard.

Don't mind me I am just being sarcastic, but I believe it will work now, no need to pressure anyone to comment on that thread just to test.
