I'm not really into food , I only eat twice a day and I hate sweet foods (aside from fruits of course)
so basically i only consume so little from what OP is asking maybe 2 pounds of meat and a little pasta and side dish?
and also determined by our budget? because even if we wanted to eat more but we are
not capable to buy more then we may end dieting
you eat 2lb of meat but cant afford vegetables..
try 1/4pound of meat 2x a day (half lb of meat a day) and use money saved to add more sustenance to the mix
meat and pasta doesnt give you full range of nutrients. add some vegetables or ingredients with varied flavouring
