I cannot exceed 560 kh/s with ASUS. I'm using it along with 5850. My config:
--worksize 256 --thread-concurrency 8192,5824 --intensity 13 -g 1 --gpu-fan 50,60 --temp-cutoff 85 --temp-overheat 85 --temp-target 80 --temp-cutoff 90 --expiry 1 --scan-time 1 --queue 0 --no-submit-stale

What do you suggest?

By the way I wanna enter -g 2 value for ASUS and -g 1 for Sapphire but when I use these value together (-g 2,1) cgminer crashes. How can I prevent this? Or does it OK to use 5850 with -g 2?

1) Make sure you got the AMD APP SDK installed
2) setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 and setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
3) use -g 2 (not sure if it'll work in conjunction with the 5850 - you might have to run 2 instances of CGminer)

The issue with CGMiner is known in that if you attempt to run a card which prefers 2 gpu threads with one that only prefers 1, the cards basically stop working at their max potential.  Has nothing to do with TC values.

SGMiner has fixed this gpu thread mismatch issue.
