To the best of my understanding, as of June 2023 Binance has terminated derivatives trading in the following EU / ex-EU countries:

  • Cyprus
  • France
  • Germany
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Netherlands
  • Spain
  • UK

This should be the complete list that reflects the current situation.
