Is the Bitcoin discussion thread the right place to talk about Ordinals?

Sorry if not and maybe someone should tell me where this fits best on the forum and I will move it in no time, I want to get few numbers of Ordi and I found out that it's not going to be that easy.

I am looking into wallets that support BRC-20, do you know of any that's open source? The few wallets I came across are all web wallets.

Is there anyway to add BRC-20 in popular Bitcoin wallets like Electrum or Trust Wallet?

I think your question is inappropriate here, this is a bitcoin forum, and most of them are bitcoin maximalists, altcoin haters, shitcoins, and Ordinals are one of them. I'm not taking sides in this case and I'm not involved in the Ordinals either, and for simple questions like this, I think finding the answer on Google will not be too hard.

But I recommend you to see some of the comments here, BRC20 is not bitcoin, so it might as well be garbage, and the hype might also go away someday. So be careful when investing and holding it.

he chooses a "first sat" theory but economics shows first sats get deducted as fee's back to pools where the remainder is then given to outputs.

"Economics shows"?

Obviously it does not.  Roll Eyes

Once again, if it did, the ordinals explorer would should the ordinal where you think it should be instead of what it actually shows.

There is no weight behind franky1's theory of ordinals economics. The system works how it works according to its own set of rules, and nobody has to care what you think, whatsoever.

There is no way to make this even more clear to you than I already have several times before.

You've once again derailed a thread by bypassing the subject of the thread to continue promoting what amounts to propaganda based on a personal vendetta.

In the first place, this is not the right location to talk about Brc20 dude, this is for Bitcoin discussion only. And I'm not a fan of brc20 as well, because those meme coins that are listed on this platform is not impressed me so much that they are all shit in my opinion. I would rather choose meme coins that are not under brc20.

Aside from this, brc20 is also not supported by trust Wallet and Electrum as well. And about the open source on brc20, you can visit and check
https://www.xverse.app/brc-20-wallet and https://bitkeep.com/en/index, and https://unisat.io/
