This site is a tottaly scam. I was playing in their site for 2 months. Everything was ok, since i won 3000 euros. After that my account was frozen for 20 days. I was not able to make withdraws or any extra bets. They said that my account is under investigation because of fraud activity suspision. I was trying to text them, but i got blocked by support, so for 2 weeks i was not able to get any information or any answers about what is going on. In the end they rejected all my bets and took all my winnings. Read all reviews about this site and you will understand that this is just waste of time and money.

100% Scam.
Thankfully only a 1.5 ltc deposit to see if they treat even small players the same. Rolled the bonus, lost a bit of the bonus, basically doubled the 1.5 ltc to 2.98 ltc. Did their "security" review (more like ripoff)...left me with under 1 unit, taking back the bonus, plus logging the net loss. Wouldn't say which term was violated. I have never had an account there, don't use bots, not part of any betting group.
"our decision is final and nothing will change that".
Pulled the little bit of ltc, minimal loss. Guess they figure screw any player that holds on to any positive result. Since most players will lose, only a small percentage of people that will complain.
Will not touch this "book" again.
Also...what book pulls games 15 minutes before game time? So irritating while I used them and beyond stupid.

Recently they sent me personalized bonus offers via email: 200% (which I used and lost the deposit + bonus) and 100%, which I used, deposited 380e in Dogecoin, and won about 2000e, unfortunately after the final rollover they removed the bonus and left only the deposit, accusing me of multi-account.
If my account is a multi-account (even though I know nothing about it), why does the casino send personalized bonus offers encouraging me to make deposits and play, when it is immediately clear that in case of winning they will accuse me of multiple accounts?
In such a situation, the sportbet.one casino consciously creates a situation in which the player risks the deposit without a chance of winning (in the case of winning, the player is accused of multi-accounting)
This definitely looks like a scam and very unethical behavior of the casino, as proving multi-account in a casino without KYC is practically impossible. but damn it, if you suspect that the account is a multi-account, do not send offers and do not invite the player to play because you are creating player always a lose-lose situation.

2: then a few days ago you sent me a personalized exclusive 200% offer intended for me, I took it and lost my deposit + 200% bonus
3: The day after I lost my deposit and bonus, you email me another special offer with a 100% bonus up to $1,000, I make another deposit, and when I win and rollover is complete, you cancel my winnings and refund my deposit (which is also currently blocked on the site)
The conclusion from this is simple and obvious, sportbet.one will send an exclusive offer via email, if you deposit and lose everything is fine for the casino and they don't care about multi-accounts or anything like that.  in case of winning and completing the rollover, they will consider that you have multiple accounts and/or are abusing the bonus. So what right do you have to send exclusive offers via email and then take away the player's winnings, using the excuse of bonus abuse? The bonus I used and won was not generally available to every player and was a special offer sent via email, so why are you sending me offers and INVITE ME TO DEPOSIT AND CLAIM THE BONUS if you then decide that I am abusing the bonus? It's quite a good business. You encourage players with good exclusive bonuses, encouraging them to deposit money, and if they win, you cancel the winnings and write about the promotion abuse. It's a very profitable strategy for a dishonest casino, but it shouldn't be like this if you send special offers and invite the player to use the bonus. You shouldn't make an idiot of yourself if the player wins.

Did they tell you what specific fraud activity you allegedly committed in their casino? They should have identified it for you, unless you didn't mention it in your post, which would mean the problem really lies with you and that's why your account was blocked on their website. A casino doesn't just freeze an account unless they see suspicious activity from you while you're playing on their platform. Also, don't you have any proof or a screenshot to back up what you're saying?
