Coinpoker is the biggest No-KYC Crypto Poker Room in the world right now.  There is high limits there.  It should be exactly what OP is looking for.  They also have a good live casino with all the good providers.  Highly recommend it.

We can open higher tables if needed at web3poker.com (current highest buyin is 10K EUR) - no KYC, fast withdrawals.

there is no legit site on earth that will not do a  kyc procedure when playing with funds to allow $100k pots. It just isn't happening.

I've tried several of poker sites, many crypto poker but among them SWCPoker is one of the best I've played with. Sure they are not fancy like the new ones but it works. The classic look suits me more than any as it helps you focus on the game itself. I'm not quite fond of stylized cards or fancy animation.
It has been here for years and I was never asked for a KYC. But that doesn't mean anyone can make multiple IDs and collude, they are active in stopping collusion while keeping the site useable for normal users.
They also host several tournaments and you can try their freeroll if you want to test if it fits your taste. They accept multiple crypto and has a flat small fee for withdrawal.

I'm gonna recommend SWC poker too, been playing there for years and as far as I know they don't require their users KYC and only accepts Bitcoin as deposit, they also have a lot of free tournaments there and they also handle free tournaments specifically for BTT users. I'm not just sure if they have that $100k pots since I am not really a poker guy and wasn't able to explore it fully (just playing with few bucks to spend time) but I know they are trusted platform.

But the cons is they don't have that fancy modern UI or features but it's a good website and personally, I don't see any difference.

SWCpoker is totally dead, there is like no players on there.  At peak times there is like 200 players.  Coinpoker is the way to go.  Peak times they have like 4000 players on
