So swift of the duelbit team to have resolved this issue. It is clearly seen that they know what it takes to retain and maintain a good customer relationship with their client. I would applaud them for this too as it is a matter of concern that could have caused or given room for doubt with respect to their services.
OP, it would be nice you change the topic of this thread as suggested by other member since your case has been resolved and possibly lock this thread.
