Help needed - can't get an answer from Bitfinex compliance

I sent verification documents to bitfinex several times to various email addresses they give on the site.
However didn't get any reply so far.

Did anybody encounter the same problem? any suggestions?

Btw -
The interest rates they show on the orderbook for giving liquidity look too good, anybody actually tried that?
