If we pay attention, major negative events only happen during bear season, they don't happen too suddenly or often.  furthermore, we are closer to the halving than ever before, so I also believe that there will not be any major incidents like Luna or FTX happening again. I believe this cycle has bottomed out and it did last year.  the bear season is gradually coming to an end and what we will likely face are only minor bitcoin corrections.  things will gradually get better towards the end of the year and the halving.
Negative events can happen at any time in the crypto space. Whether it is in the bear market or the bull market. It will not only be in the bear season that we are to experience it. It is just that none of us can dictate when or the kind of negative events will it be.

What I suspect about all the negative events that have happened, is that when they all happened during the bear season, people tend to find out so easily about it compared to when they happened in the bull run(that makes the negative events have much effect on the crypto market). The reason for this is that the positive effects of the halving season do really outweigh the unfavorable circumstances that must have happened during that time(bull season).

In one week we will be half through the year , crazy I know  Shocked

What is everyone expecting for the rest of 2023 with Bitcoin?

A lot of good news lately with Bitcoin up 24% in a week but will it last?

How high can we go before 2024? $40k? $50k?

Well, at that point, many people hope that this month of October is the beginning of the uptrend season. As long as this month, in the past few years, many people have said that the price of Bitcoin often increases in the market, and it is followed by other altcoins that have the ability to keep up with Bitcoin's rise.

It's not like what happens every month in September, where there is almost no good news happening in the market; even if there is a pump and dump, then the market is calm again. But this time there is really no idea what the possible value of Bitcoin will reach, but my guess is that when it reaches at least 45000$ each and above, it means that it is not really unlikely that it will reach 100k$ in the next bull run next year.

During the 2018 bear season, we saw the collapse of bitcoinnect and a series of ponzi projects, during the 2022 bear season, we saw the collapse of Luna and then FTX. But do you see any major collapse in the 2017 bull season and any major collapse in the 2021 bull season? What I see is that most accidents happen during bear season and we won't see that during bull season. During bull season, there are still Fuds but they are not significant so people are not too concerned.

All the facts you stated are true and cannot be disputed because all the collapses that occur always coincide with bear conditions, so that is what many people are still wary of when they are in bear conditions. Meanwhile, when conditions are bull, everyone has no worries other than just hoping for the amount of profit they can expect, because in bull conditions there is absolutely no collapse on any exchange and cryptocurrency. So this is clearly quite logical and cannot be refuted at all.
