It does not look bad at all, Mr Nasty.
Actually, I like how somehow the plate where you served those tacos seem to match some Mexican style I have seen before somewhere.
Anyways, if you don't mind, it would be good if you shared your personal recipe of your tacos together with a list of ingredients. I have considered to buy some Cholula Mexican sauce lately (I have read it is a very good sauce), and it would be good to try it with some tacos.
I am yet to try my first tacos.
What kind of hot sauce do you apply on your tacos generally? Homemade or do you prefer to use some brand like Tabasco? Tabaco is okey , In my opinion, but it lacks of flavor. It is more about hotness than adding more flavors to the meal. Those brand hot sauces are imported here so they are not cheap. Any recommendation from you about hot sauces is welcome.
Thanks. My recipe for these tacos was pretty basic. Just ground beef, hard taco shells, cheddar cheese, sour cream, lettuce, carrots, cabbage, hot sauce (which I forgot), and taco seasoning. The taco seasoning was Old El Paso which I added to the beef while cooking and then when I’m done putting it all together I usually add tapatio hot sauce, or if I’m feeling crazy Hot Ones The Last Dab hot sauce.
The plate is southwest themed and part of a hand made set of plates and other dishes. I got them at a second hand shop for a great deal. They didn’t know what they had.
