I agree with the OP that nothing good comes easily,  because something that's worth having is sometimes not easily gotten, for instance to achieve success you need to work hard with good discipline and commitment to get to the peak , though in life, there are three kinds of people.

Someone defined successfully to be,

When preparation is met with opportunity.

That doesn't mean you worked hard but, you happened to be ready when the opportunity was ripe and so, you grabbed it.

Nothing good comes easy is a hard phrase to put any finite objectivism to and as such, it remains subjective to persons.
We can as well say, quick money or money made easily are spent just easily as well. That'll be true but, it neglects the other useful cases where, the individual did proper money management.

Again, it's subjective.

Nothing good comes easy! This is mostly about the way we see reality and how we work to make live better. There are people who think that doing little things will bring a good achievement but in a long run, it does not work like that. This is an ambiguous statement and it could have plenty if meanings. The way we interprete the statement can be versatile with so many definitions. All we should be after is to always work toward accomplishing our dreams and the work we have at hand. If good things comes easy, there would be no need to make sacrifice that could tell on us.

Nothing good comes easy is a very self explained fact.
There is always a  price to pay on every way to success, it could be  in form of:

Time,
Resources,
Consistency,
Diligence,
Self discipline,
Hard business decision,
Self deprivation, (not mixing business with pleasure)
Etc.

In the journey of success the above  price must surely come to play at one stage or the other, fortunately for some privileged folks who got the goodies of life on a platter of gold which amounts to a high rate of recklessness amongst majority of them because they didn't earn it with their sweat . but be it as it may a price has been paid by someone who they have benefited it (goodies)  from.

Good things , things that are valuable don't come easily to get, you will sure pay price to get things that are good. If good things is something people can achieve without stress, people won't be working so hard to get the good things of life. That is why whenever people achieve good things they always say hardwork pays because it took them so much fir them to make their goals.

Nothing good comes easily, there must be a price of discipline, time, dedication, hard work etc. If you have something easily then someone must have paid the price for you, either your dad, mom, a family member or maybe a friend.

Is just simple, if you want something good to happen in your life you don't just sit and wait for it to come to you, much work need to be done for good things to come your way. If you don't show so much effort you can never get to your goal, that's if it's important to you or if it's what you want. I believe that statement very well, now let's use this forum as an instance (I see so many ranked members), if all these higher ranked members don't put much effort to their post or let's say what they do and get recognized I don't think they'd be where they are now but ones you're eager and determine to get what you want I feel you'd get it at it's best.

What you mean may be different from others. What you are talking about regarding to putting so much effort can be relative. These days people work right and smart . This means by doing the right thing at the right time and not the other way that you do the right thing at the wrong time. This contribute to the reason that in the past wealth creation was associated to age and how much energy you have but things have changed from that. Now, you don't need physical strength to be wealthy or get old before being rich. What you do now is putting round pegs in round holes, people are already planning to hodl btc for a longer time after halving and that is part of working smart.
